Our Process

We’ve been creating and developing websites for almost ten years now and we’ve developed this streamlined web design process.

1. Planning

To begin your project, we’ll send you a project planner. This questionnaire will help you define your goals and online objectives and help us learn the most we can about you and your business.

This phase assures that we have a rock solid understanding of your needs and what you hope to accomplish with your site.

2. Design

The design phase starts with defining the site architecture and developing a series of wireframes, which is a visual representation of content positioning.

You will then be presented with design comps for the overall look and feel of the site. This is when your site’s visual style is created.

3. Development

The Development phase is where it all comes together. We will take the approved design and build the site with standards compliant XHTML and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Throughout the development phase, you will be given access to our development server for periodic reviews of the site progress.

4. Testing & Launch

Your site will be thoroughly tested on a variety of operating systems and browsers to ensure proper display and functionality.

After testing is complete and you’ve done one final review, it’s time to launch. The site is uploaded to your server and we’re live!

5. Evaluation

Our work isn’t done after the site is launched. We want to know how it’s working. We want to know what the response is from your target audiences. We take a look at your website analytics to see how visitors are using the site and make sure that the site is meeting or exceeding your online goals and objectives.
