Because of 428 Designs, we have an extremely beautiful, easy to use, highly effective web-boutique and blog. When we first decided to invest in building our E-boutique, we researched web designers and obtained referrals from business owners we respected. 428 Designs came highly recommended. We found their own website attractive, informative, comprehensive and easy to use. In fact, that was how we wanted our own website to be! We had no prior experience building a website or an e-store and our scope of work changed significantly in the early stages of our working with 428 Designs.
