PREMIUM SOFTWARE

All plans include premium plugin licenses to enhance the functionality and performance of your website including Gravity Forms, WP Rocket, Perfmatters, Imagify, and more. This saves you hundreds of dollars every year!

SUPPORT TIME

Support time can be used for anything to improve your website, such as updating content, images, and videos, adding a new blog post, or troubleshooting. Send an email with your request, and your ticket will be tracked via our Support Desk.

STRATEGY SESSIONS

Strategic sessions to maximize website growth strategy plus scheduled check-in call to review support tickets/project status.

Priority Support
You'll have access to our support desk to submit requests or report any issues. All you need to do is send an email and a ticket will be created so our team can handle your request. Most simple requests such as text or images edits are handled same day.
Software Updates
We take care of the technical needs of the website including updates to WordPress Core, Plugins, and your Theme. Updates are done each week, any plugin that has a security vulnerability is updated immediately.
Security Monitoring
We monitor your website around the clock with automatic protection applied for protection from malware and security threats.
Performance Optimization
We'll keep an eye on your website speed and performance scores and make ongoing improvements.
Uptime Monitoring
If your website goes down, we'll be the first to know. We'll contact your host to determine if it is a server issue and monitor the status.
Daily Cloud Backups
While your website host provides backups, off-site backups give you another set of usable backups if your server is ever compromised. We create a daily backup of your entire site, including WordPress files, the database, and even non-WordPress files.
Software Licenses Plus

Search Console helps Google understand your website. Through this platform, you can improve your search engine rankings and monitor any technical issues on your website. We’ll take care of everything within your Search Console, including fixing any errors or making improvements Google suggests.
Transactional Email Delivery
Transactional emails such as contact form notifications, welcome emails and order receipts and invoices provided by Postmark.
Weekly Strategy Session
Scheduled check-in call to review support tickets/project status or a strategy session to define goals for the website.
Zoom/Phone Support
In addition to the support desk, you'll have phone support as well if you need to give us a call.
Support Time Rolls Over
If you do not use all four hours, this time will rollover and available in the coming months (resetting after 1 year).

WEBSITE CARE PLAN FAQ

I have a small site, do I still need a plan?

428 didn't build my website. Am I eligible for a Website Care Plan?

Yes! We welcome clients in search of a long-term partnership with a dedicated web team.

To get started, we will perform a Website Health Check to become familiar with the website and how it was built. We will evaluate the theme and plugins as well as any potential issues that might arise.

We include all the technical fixes that we find with the health check. You will receive a detailed report of any issues and suggestions for improvement needed to proceed with the website on a monthly plan.

The Website Health Check is a one-time fee of $500.00 and includes 2 hours to work on the recommendations from the report.

Can I really cancel any time?

How does the monthly support time work?

To request an update, you simply send an email with your request to our support desk, which creates a support ticket in our system to communicate with you on the status of your request efficiently. You can also view the status of your tickets via your 428 account.

Support requests include content edits, adding new images and videos, making style adjustments, uploading blog posts, and adding new pages with your provided content.

Support requests do not include content creation, graphic design, custom functionality (e.g., adding e-commerce or a membership portal), or significant structural changes.

Does the monthly support time roll over?

Our support time is a retainer. This monthly time is there for you to reserve your place in our queue and our resources each month.

Time does not roll over for Basic and Business plans. However, your requests will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

Our Premium plan is the only plan that allows unused support time to rollover. Time will reset one year after the signup date.
